Bert & Jeff Slinde of Slinde Realty were selected as developer for a public / private partnership to purchase land from the Village of Ashwaubenon to develop Class A multifamily apartments located just blocks from historic Lambeau Field. The apartment homes feature granite and quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, underground parking, and many community amenities. This partnership includes TIF financing, contractor investment, third party equity investors, construction to mini-permanent financing. An affiliate of Slinde Realty is providing property management services to the first 71 units that are delivered in 2019 and an additional 71 units in 2020.
