OUR EXPERIENCE

Element Apartments

Our team is focused on responding creatively to the unique requirements of each project, each client, and each market.

To date, we’ve gained extensive experience in our Midwest region and even expanded out of our backyard to develop multifamily communities.

In 2017, Slinde Realty started pursuing ground-up multifamily developments in underserved markets. This includes Green Bay, WI where we—alongside investors— own and operate The Element, our newest and most exciting property. Consisting of 306 Class A apartments across four buildings, we’re consistently developing The Element to be better every single year. The property’s fourth and final phase opened in April 2024, adding an additional 92 units for a community total of 306 luxury apartments.
