Bert is a 40-year veteran in the real estate industry. His career spans from residential and commercial brokerage to development, having established himself as one of Dane County’s top producing Brokers. Bert has broad experience ranging from new home construction to large-scale multi-family construction and development with extensive experience in sales management, including small and large offices.
Bert has extensive development experience working with municipalities, neighborhoods, developers, and partners. Bert has also handled real estate syndication, serving as a general partner, for various real estate ventures and was recently award the distinction of Realtor Emeritus from the National Association of Realtors.
Jeff directs the new development activities and manages multifamily brokerage projects at Slinde Realty where he sources acquisition and investment opportunities in value-add, opportunistic, and core residential communities including mixed-use developments. He is responsible for developing relationships with equity, debt, and JV partners on a variety of project types and overall growth strategy. Prior to joining Slinde Realty, Jeff worked at Corelogic REO Servicing on complex disposition of over 10,000 REO assets valued at $125 million. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jim’s drive and dedication to sharing his expertise is exemplified by being named a first place recipient of the Wisconsin State Journal Star of Madison Award for Best Real Agent. He also serves on The Madison College Small Business Advisory Committee, is a member of the Public Safety Commission for the City of Monona, and for the past nineteen years, chaired the Monona Community Festival.
